Q: I want to order a 3-D, Tiered, or Wedding Cake. How soon should I place my order?
A: For 3-D and Tiered or Wedding Cakes, you should place your order no later than 14 days out from your event, however, to insure that your date is available, you should order as soon as a date has been set. If your event is less than 10 days out, please call or email to see if we have had a cancellation and can accept your order.
Q: I want to order a Sheet Cake. How soon should I place my order?
A: For Sheet Cakes, you should place your order no later than 3-7 days out from your event, however, to insure that your date is available, you should order as soon as a date has been set.
Q: I want to order Decorated Sugar Cookies or a Cookie Bouquet. How soon should I place my order?
A: For decorated sugar Cookies or a Cookie Bouquet, you should place your order no later than 4– 7 days out from your event, however, if the cookies are being shipped, please add 2-3 days shipping time to your desired delivery date. To insure that your date is available, you should order as soon as a date has been set. If your event is less than 4 days out, please call or email to see if we have had a cancellation and can accept your order.
Q: How much do you charge for a 3-D Cake?
A: I charge $3.00 per serving, with a minimum of 30 servings.
Q: How much do you charge for a Tiered or Wedding Cake?
A: I charge $3.00 per serving, with a minimum of 30 servings.
Q: Why do you have a minimum serving?
A: The minimum servings for 3-D and Tiered Cakes are due to the amount of time and labor involved in making all the small detailed pieces needed to complete the cake.
Q: What is the cost of a Simple ¼ Sheet Cake and how many people will it serve?
A: The cost is $25.00 and it will serve approximately 10-15 people, depending on the size of the servings cut.
Q: What is the cost of a Simple ½ Sheet Cake and how many people will it serve?
A: The cost is $35.00 and it will serve approximately 30-35 people, depending on the size of the servings cut.
Q: What is the cost of a Simple Full Sheet Cake and how many people will it serve?
A: The cost is $70.00 and it will serve approximately 60-65 people, depending on the size of the servings cut.
Q: What type of decorations do I get on a Simple Sheet Cake?
A: A Simple Sheet Cake is similar to what you see in the grocery stores, it has a standard border, and a message written on the cake if desired.
Q: What would the cost be if I wanted an Edible Image on my cake?
A: The cost for Edible Images is $8 each in addition to the price of the cake. However, licensed characters such as Disney must be purchased from the Supplier and are $12.00 and up.
Q: What would the cost be if I wanted you to make a Sugar Paste Figurine or Decorations for the top of my Sheet Cake?
A: The cost for Sugar Paste Figurines and/or Decorations is an additional $10.
Q: Do you offer Sugar Free Cakes and/or Icing?
A: Yes, upon request we can create a Sugar Free Cake for you although decorations are limited. Prices vary and will depend on the amount of servings. Call or email with serving information for pricing.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, a 30% deposit is required on all orders totaling $25 and up. Deposits can be paid through Paypal, in person, or by mail.
Q: Is the deposit refundable if I have to cancel my event?
A: The deposit is Non-Refundable in the event you cancel your order within 48 hours of the delivery date, however, if you need to cancel, but still complete the payment in full on or before the scheduled delivery date, a new cake will be made at no charge for the re-scheduled date when notification is given a minimum of 14 days in advance.
Q: Can I order the Chocolate Covered Oreos with the Company Logo on them?
A: Yes, if you provide a .jpg file with the image, we can place your logo and/or photo on the Oreos. The cost is $14/1 dozen cookies.
