What will I learn during the

1-Day Mini Class?      

     

• Basic Canine Skeletal Structure and importance when sculpting
• Basic feature placement; eyes, nose, mouth, ears, teeth
• Identifying and breaking down the components of a “model” in order to duplicate in sugar
• Sculpting a dog’s head and limbs 
• How to create gelatin bubbles
• Techniques to hand sculpt wood slats for tub.
• Create wood floor cake board, and brush loading  painting techniques
• Dry brush painting techniques for realistic dog faces
• Applying fur and the different effects and/or styles
• Make all small elements to finish cake such as fondant bubbles, bar of soap, bath towel, ect...
• Complete and assemble tub and scene

Students will take home:

(1) 4 ct. Stainless Steel Sculpting Tool Set

(1) X Lg. Dusting Brushes

(1) 3 ct. Paint Brush Set
